We strongly believe in a strict code of conduct for all our students. We expect them to follow this devoutly throughout their years at the school.
The following are strictly prohibited and students found guilty of them are liable to be withdrawn from the school.
- Damaging the school property
- Stealing
- Betting, gambling and lotteries
- Smoking and using intoxicants
- Keeping explosives, knives or weapons of any sort
- Bringing audio/video devices (Unless asked to)
- Carrying mobile phones to the school
- Bullying/Harassment
- Using unfair means in examinations/tests
- Misconduct towards staff/peers
Withdrawal
- To withdraw a student from school the guardian/parent must give a one month written notice prior to the student’s last day at the school.
- The leaving student must attend school for a month during notice period.
- Application form (available at the school office) for security refund is to be submitted by the parents
- Security refund is paid through a cross cheque approximately within a month of the child’s withdrawal.
- If student’s monthly fee is pending, one-month fee will be deducted by the school in lieu of notice period.
- Only written applications duly signed by the parents / guardian or emails are considered as withdrawal notice.
- School leaving certificate is issued on request.
- It is imperative for parents to clear all school dues before applying for withdrawal.
Absences
Parents should clearly understand that any absence from school has an adverse effect on the student’s performance. Hence, leaves must be avoided. Nevertheless, in case of unavoidable circumstances following points must be kept in consideration.
- An application duly signed by parents/guardian must be submitted prior to leave or within three days of leave.
- Any leave without application is considered as “absence”.
- A fine of absence will be charged through fee challan in the following month’s voucher.
- A medical certificate should be attached with leave application in case of illness.
- Students absent without approved leave for more than six days are liable to be removed from the school roll.
- Students absent on Examination or test days, without valid reason/prior approval, are considered fail in test/exam.
- The school policy will remain binding in case of any modification in course of time.
